What an impressive drawing!
This is my favourite from you by far. Dark and mysterious. Partly reminds me of my favourite artist Zdzislaw Beksinski.
Great job.

Impressed with this one on a number of levels. The composition works really well and shows the beginning of a more coherent structure than I've seen in your work to date. (Don't stop the abstract stuff though. It's often waaay more fun and in my experience it's better to free-form and let a piece grow as it will, as I'm sure you can appreciate ;) ) All that and the contrast between the darker and ligher areas (especially in the eyes in the sky) really helps showcase your shading style.

Not sure if I said that right, but TL;DR Awesome! :ahoy:

No worries, the fav, is well deserved. :D Not to sound like an old fart (or condescending, don't mean to if I do sound that way!), but I remember the point where the ideas in my head started becoming more complex, harder to do with just the straight stream of consciousness stuff I'd done before. It was a hard transition, and it pissed me off to know end when what I tried doing didn't come out just so (still does). Just don't let anyone try to bully you into feeling like one thing has more value than another (they will, and I apologize if that's the way I came off) unless that's the way you feel about it. Working toward a goal is great, but if you don't feel it, you don't feel it. Probably sounds like common sense, and don't mean to preach to the choir, but not everybody gets to hear it when they need it, so... there it is.

Great scene, I love how the masks look really organic, as if they were their actual faces, and terrific work as well with the top area-- super strong piece all around!

I like it. Imaginative without being graphic. ;) That tends to be so rare in artists these days (yes, I mean Hollywood, lol) --- nice to see someone going for emotions and atmosphere as opposed to shocks. :) Great job!

Oh, and I just thought... why does this sort of remind me of R. Crumb? And not in a bad way. Not sure why...
